Unfortunately, the first thermometer I received was defective. After calling, I received a new replacement thermometer immediately and without any complications. This works perfectly.
Very easy to use. Simply plug and play. Great part.
There were even 2 cups included as an "apology". That wouldn't have been necessary...but it was a great gesture. Top customer service. Gladly again!
