The BEEFBOX is the right tool for the perfect steak:
850 °C top heat roasts a tasty crust on the outside of the steak. The meat remains wonderfully juicy and develops an excellent aroma. After around 4 minutes, you can enjoy your perfect steak.

Meat from the BEEFBOX melts in the mouth

Unlike in a pan or on a normal grill, the 850 °C top heat of the BEEFBOX immediately seals the surface of the meat. Perfect for beef or pork steaks, but also lamb, poultry or fish - the meat always remains super soft and extremely juicy. After the top heat grilling time, your taste determines the degree of doneness. Only the BEEFBOX has a warming tray in which you can let the meat rest gently and finish cooking. Alternatively, you can place it at the bottom of the cooking cabinet.

Treat your guests: you can also keep vegetables or other dishes warm or cook them in the BEEFBOX warming tray.

Even tastier and more tender: pre-cook your meat, fish or poultry sous-vide and then place it in the BEEFBOX. More flavor is not possible! Important: A low core temperature, for example if the steak is placed directly from the fridge into the top heat grill, prevents an even cooking result. So if you don't have a sous vide cooker, you should take your steaks out of the fridge in good time. The meat should be at room temperature before it is placed in the BEEFBOX.

Tomahawks and T-bone steaks are no problem in the new TWIN 2.0 - it makes eight people full and happy in just a few minutes. While you sizzle the steaks, the side dishes, such as crispy baked potatoes or buttery corn on the cob, are already waiting on the BEEFBOX in the warming tray.

Our tip: We usually prepare everything in a sous vide appliance. These are now available for less than 100 euros. When our guests arrive: Open the bag, put the contents in the BEEFBOX and after three minutes the first pieces are ready. PROMISED!
